Tandoori Fried Chicken


Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken cut to small pieces
  • 4 tbsp tandoori masala
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • salt
  • a pinch of Oren colouring
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • some coriander leaves
  • 1/2 lime juice

How to make tandoori fried chicken:

  1. First, clean the chicken. Then add all the ingredients above and marinate it for a day in the fridge.
  2. The next day you can fried the chicken as usual. Deep fried it.
  3. You can served with Naan and Dal curry.
