Spice Fried Cottage cheese



Spice Fried cottage cheese.


Ingredients:
  • 7-8 tbsp Cottage cheese - cubed
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4-5 coriander leaves - finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 drops of soy sauce
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped

How to make Spice fried cottage cheese:


  1. Put all the ingredients above in a bowl and mix well. Don't add water.


2. After 15 minutes all the ingredients will stick to cottage cheese.

3. Now you can fry them till golden and eat with chilli or tomato sauce.


If you are just cooking and no idea on what to do? ...try this out. you will not disappointed. Or change the cottage cheese with tofu as well.

Chilli Fried Tempe

How to make Chili Fried Tempe

  1. First, cut the Tempe into small cubes.
  2. Then, fry till golden in colour and keep a side.
  3. In the other pan, put 2 tbsp of oil and stew the onion for a while.
  4. Add, coriander leaves, chilli powder, and the fried Tempe. Mix well so that the colour it is even.
  5. Than, add soy sauce and some salt.
  6. Yup, it is ready now to taste.

It is very simple, taste and healthy too.

How to make Cauliflower in cooked dal :

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan. Put mustard and udal gram seeds into it. Make them crackle.
  2. Then, add curry leaves and onions till light brown.
  3. Later, add the cooked dal , turmeric , coriander and chilli powder, salt, asafoetida, cauliflower and the water.
  4. Steer once or twice. Make them even and cover for 10 - 15 minutes till the cauliflower cook.
  5. The dish will look thick a bit.
  6. Done. ready to served with apom, chapathi, itly or even plain rice.

Fried Tofu with Anchovies Sambal




Fried Tofu with Anchovies Sambal.


Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of tofu
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 4-5 drops of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp of anchovies
  • some coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup water

How to make Fried Tofu with Anchovies Sambal:

  1. Fry the tofu add salt, till golden. And keep aside.



2. In the other deep pan, put 2 tbsp oil and add anchovies and fry
for a minutes.
3. Then, add chilli powder, soy sauce, tomato puree, coriander
leaves, water and a bit of salt.
4. Later add the tofu and mix well till the tofu became red.
5. It's ready to serve. you can eat with rice, chapathi or even
with tosted bread.

It is taste great. Don't you try it now..!!!

Hot Chicken Sambal
Ingredients:
  • 10 pieces of small cut chicken
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp fennel powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • salt
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of water

How to make Hot Chicken Sambal:

  1. Take a deep pan and put oil to heat.
  2. Then, add onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Now you can add all the chicken in that much of oil.
  4. Fry the chicken till change it's colour.
  5. Put all the powder, lime juice and salt as taste. Mix well.
  6. You can add water at last to make it well done.
  7. After the sambal is dry you can stop the fire and transfer to serve.

You can make a healthy chicken dish in a few minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of mutton
  • 3 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin and fennel powder
  • 1 tsp courser black pepper
  • 1 lime juice
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch of curry leaves
  • 3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 3 clove
  • 3 anise star
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • paste form 10 cashew nuts
  • 2-3 cups of water

How to make Spice Mutton Curry ?:

  1. In a big cooking pan, heat oil and put cinnamon, anise star and clove.
  2. Immediate after that add onions and curry leaves till light brown.
  3. Then, add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well.
  4. After 3 minutes, add all the powder, lime juice and the mutton as well.
  5. Add water and stir all well.
  6. After the mutton 3/4 done or all most done add the cashew nut paste.
  7. Add water if the gravy is becoming thick. It mustn't be very thick.
  8. Keep on stir every 5 minutes in low fame until the mutton well done.

How is it? That's all. Now you can also 'cook like a chef'....aren't u? You can try eating them with rice, pasta, bread, chapati, apom and more.

Masala Rice



Masala Rice.


Ingredients:


  • 2 cup rice

  • 3 cup water

  • 2 medium onion - chopped

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp of used oil from chicken fried

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • salt

  • 1 tsp ghee


How to make Masala rice:



  1. First, wash and soak the rice in the rice cooker. Add salt.

  2. In other frying pan, put the oil and fry onions. Add garam masala, chili powder and cinnamon powder. Fry till dry.

  3. Switch on the rice cooker, bring ti to boil and add the fried masalas, the used oil and ghee. Stir all together once and cover with lid.

  4. Wait till cooked it self and ready to serve. You can eat with chili chicken. It taste great and easy to make.
