Ingredients:
- Few slice of bread-cut age
- 2 tbsp- Red chili powder
- 2 tbsp- rice flour
- 4 tbsp- dal flour
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
- 2 cup of water
- oil for deep frying.
How to make bread bujji:
- First, you have to cut a slice of bread to 4 small pieces.
- Then,in the other bowl, mix the rice and dal flour, chili powder, salt and the cumin seeds with 1 1/2 cup of water first.
- The mixing should be thin and light .
- Next, dip the bread pieces into the mixing and deep fry it till golden.
- Ready to eat with chili or tomato sauce.
