Ingredients:
- 1 chicken cut to small pieces
- 4 tbsp tandoori masala
- ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- salt
- a pinch of Oren colouring
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- some coriander leaves
- 1/2 lime juice
How to make tandoori fried chicken:
- First, clean the chicken. Then add all the ingredients above and marinate it for a day in the fridge.
- The next day you can fried the chicken as usual. Deep fried it.
- You can served with Naan and Dal curry.
