- 2 cups - bean sprouts
- 2 dried chillies
- 1 onion finally chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tofu cubes to 9 pieces
How to make bean sprout and tofu with milk :
- First, in a frying pan add oil dried chillies and onions.Fry for a minute or two.
- Then, add the bean sprout and the tofu as well.
- Add also the milk and salt. Stir once.
- Bring it to 1/2 boil and off the stove.
- Do not over cooked it. Make it have done and it will crunchy to eat.
