Hot Chicken Sambal
Ingredients:
- 10 pieces of small cut chicken
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp fennel powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 lime juice
- salt
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 cup of water
How to make Hot Chicken Sambal:
- Take a deep pan and put oil to heat.
- Then, add onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and fry for 1 minute.
- Now you can add all the chicken in that much of oil.
- Fry the chicken till change it's colour.
- Put all the powder, lime juice and salt as taste. Mix well.
- You can add water at last to make it well done.
- After the sambal is dry you can stop the fire and transfer to serve.
You can make a healthy chicken dish in a few minutes.
