Masala Rice.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup rice
- 3 cup water
- 2 medium onion - chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp of used oil from chicken fried
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
- 1 tsp ghee
How to make Masala rice:
- First, wash and soak the rice in the rice cooker. Add salt.
- In other frying pan, put the oil and fry onions. Add garam masala, chili powder and cinnamon powder. Fry till dry.
- Switch on the rice cooker, bring ti to boil and add the fried masalas, the used oil and ghee. Stir all together once and cover with lid.
- Wait till cooked it self and ready to serve. You can eat with chili chicken. It taste great and easy to make.
