Chilli Fried Tempe.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Tempe Kadelai (soy cake)
- 1 Tbsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 3-4 curry or coriander leaves
- salt
- oil for frying
How to make Chili Fried Tempe
- First, cut the Tempe into small cubes.
- Then, fry till golden in colour and keep a side.
- In the other pan, put 2 tbsp of oil and stew the onion for a while.
- Add, coriander leaves, chilli powder, and the fried Tempe. Mix well so that the colour it is even.
- Than, add soy sauce and some salt.
- Yup, it is ready now to taste.
It is very simple, taste and healthy too.
