Bean Sprout and Tofu with milk






Ingredients:


  • 2 cups - bean sprouts

  • 2 dried chillies

  • 1 onion finally chopped

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • salt

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tofu cubes to 9 pieces


How to make bean sprout and tofu with milk :

  1. First, in a frying pan add oil dried chillies and onions.Fry for a minute or two.

  2. Then, add the bean sprout and the tofu as well.

  3. Add also the milk and salt. Stir once.

  4. Bring it to 1/2 boil and off the stove.

  5. Do not over cooked it. Make it have done and it will crunchy to eat.
