Recipe on Moringa Leaves Soup:

Ingredients:
  • 100g - Moringa Leaves

  • 2 dry chillies

  • 1 chopped onions

  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp - fennel powder

  • 3 tbsp - crushed garlic

  • 2 tbsp - sunflower oil

  • 2-3 cup of water



How to make Moringa Leaves Soup:


  1. First, separate all the leaves from the branches. Take only green leaves.


  2. Then, take a deep pan and pour 2 tbsp of sunflower oil.

  3. Add the dry chillies, onions and garlic. Stir for a minute.

  4. Next add the herbs powder , salt and water. Don't put too much of salt. If not the soup will bitter.

  5. Bring it to boil and add the moringa leaves. The leaves will cook in 5 minutes.


The taste of moringa leaves is normal. It won't smell or taste any bad. It is full of vitamins and minerals. Try it now...have a healthy lifestyle.

ok...about the leaves..yes it is good for soup..

but there are many more variety to make them...chilli, garlic, coconut...and more...
i just chose the soup because it is a bit healthy...that's all...!!
