Home Made Tuna Sandwich

Home Made Tuna Sandwich


Ingredients:
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp of chilli sauce
  • 1 green capsicum / bird's eye chilli - chopped
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 1 tin of tuna flakes in water
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • vegetable oil spread

How to make Home Made Tuna Sandwich:

  1. In a frying pan, put all the ingredients except breads and onions.
  2. Mix all in medium flame.
  3. After 5 minutes add the onions and stir for a minute.

4. Off stove. The filling for sandwich is ready.

5. Toast all the bread slice one side with vegetable oil spread.

6. Then, put the filling on top bread and cover it with another slice.

7. That's all, it's ready for serve.

Although a sandwich is easy to make, in my recipe I all ready shown you a healthy sandwich making. Anyway, you also can change the white bread slice with wheat bread slice.
