How to make Garlic in Mixed Vegetable:

  1. First you have to cut all the veggie according to what size you want.
  2. Then, take a deep frying pan and put oil. Add the crushed garlic and stir continuously, so that the garlic won't stick at the bottom of the pan.
  3. When the colour change to light brown, add shallots and curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
  4. Wash and drain all the vegetables. Add it into the pan.
  5. You also have to add all the herbs powder and red chilli.
  6. Then add salt as taste and the oyster sauce.
  7. Add water and stir to mix them.
  8. Cover with lid. Make them cook in medium flame.
  9. When it is half done you can off the stove and ready to serve.

The dish is very tasty and full of fiber you need. You also can serve with rice, apom, chapati, bread and more. You can have it as a side dish. Even your children will love it.
