Spice onion fry


Spice onion fry.
Ingredients:
  • 50 g - onion leaves - cut to 1 inch long
  • 30g - onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp- chopped finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - half blended dry chilli powder (not to small pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt
  • 200g - flour
  • 50g- rice flour
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 2-3 cups water
  • sunflower oil for deep frying

How to make Spice onion fry:

  1. In a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients above and mix well.
  2. Then, add enough water to make the mixing smooth batter.
  3. The batter it not so thick and not so thin. It should be as cake batter.
  4. Place the wok on fire and heat the oil.
  5. When the oil is heated, put 1 spoon of batter for each fry. You may put 5-7 spoons in each frying.
  6. Turn up and down.
  7. Make sure it is brown in colour. You may strain the oil when it is cooked.
  8. And served with chilli sauce + mayonnaise . Yummy...!!
