Carrot and chick Fried Rice.


Ingredients:
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 chick - meat - chopped
  • 1 onion- chopped
  • 3 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp - oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp - light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp- ginger garlic paste
  • salt
  • 1 bulls eye egg
  • chilli sauce

How to make carrot and chick fried rice:

  1. Take a balti pan and put oil to heat.
  2. Then, add onions stir for a minute and add chick's meat into it.
  3. Make them half done and add the ginger garlic paste and add carrot and salt.
  4. Stir all together until the chick full done and the carrot almost done.
  5. Now you can add the oyster and soy sauce.
  6. You also can add the cooked rice as well.
  7. Mix and fry the rice until all become evenly mixed up.
  8. Taste your dish, make sure it is enough salt.
  9. Off the stove and ready to serve with bulls eye egg on top.

Mmmmmm.. Yummy...!!

SORRY,must i only used chick;a young bird,especially one newly hatched young domestic chicken... ???

it's not yo use the new born chick...!
you can also use the chick age, 22 days...it's still ok...!
if you can;t find chick..you can replace it with chicken....!
