Fried Maggi Mee


Fried Maggi Mee.

Ingredients:


  • 2 packets of maggi mee

  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 medium tomato chopped

  • salt

  • seasoning if necessary

  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables

  • 1-2 eggs - scrambled

  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper

  • minced- chicken flash

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp oil


How to make Fried Maggi Mee:



  1. First, cook the maggi in water and drain it. Keep aside.

  2. In the other frying pan, put oil make it heat for a few seconds and add onion and tomato.

  3. Next add the chicken and the ginger garlic paste. Fry it till cook.

  4. Now you can add all sauce, salt, pepper and vegetables.

  5. Mix all evenly. In a minute or two, add the maggi mee and mix or fry well so that all the ingredients blend .

  6. At last you can all the scrambled eggs mix once and off the stove.

  7. Done. You can severed for dinner or any time.

The maggi mee is made from wheat flour. It is easy digest too.
