Tandoori Fried Chicken


Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken cut to small pieces
  • 4 tbsp tandoori masala
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • salt
  • a pinch of Oren colouring
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • some coriander leaves
  • 1/2 lime juice

How to make tandoori fried chicken:

  1. First, clean the chicken. Then add all the ingredients above and marinate it for a day in the fridge.
  2. The next day you can fried the chicken as usual. Deep fried it.
  3. You can served with Naan and Dal curry.

Bean Sprout and Tofu with milk






Ingredients:


  • 2 cups - bean sprouts

  • 2 dried chillies

  • 1 onion finally chopped

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • salt

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tofu cubes to 9 pieces


How to make bean sprout and tofu with milk :

  1. First, in a frying pan add oil dried chillies and onions.Fry for a minute or two.

  2. Then, add the bean sprout and the tofu as well.

  3. Add also the milk and salt. Stir once.

  4. Bring it to 1/2 boil and off the stove.

  5. Do not over cooked it. Make it have done and it will crunchy to eat.

Spice onion fry


Spice onion fry.
Ingredients:
  • 50 g - onion leaves - cut to 1 inch long
  • 30g - onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp- chopped finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - half blended dry chilli powder (not to small pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt
  • 200g - flour
  • 50g- rice flour
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 2-3 cups water
  • sunflower oil for deep frying

How to make Spice onion fry:

  1. In a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients above and mix well.
  2. Then, add enough water to make the mixing smooth batter.
  3. The batter it not so thick and not so thin. It should be as cake batter.
  4. Place the wok on fire and heat the oil.
  5. When the oil is heated, put 1 spoon of batter for each fry. You may put 5-7 spoons in each frying.
  6. Turn up and down.
  7. Make sure it is brown in colour. You may strain the oil when it is cooked.
  8. And served with chilli sauce + mayonnaise . Yummy...!!

Carrot and chick Fried Rice.


Ingredients:
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 chick - meat - chopped
  • 1 onion- chopped
  • 3 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp - oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp - light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp- ginger garlic paste
  • salt
  • 1 bulls eye egg
  • chilli sauce

How to make carrot and chick fried rice:

  1. Take a balti pan and put oil to heat.
  2. Then, add onions stir for a minute and add chick's meat into it.
  3. Make them half done and add the ginger garlic paste and add carrot and salt.
  4. Stir all together until the chick full done and the carrot almost done.
  5. Now you can add the oyster and soy sauce.
  6. You also can add the cooked rice as well.
  7. Mix and fry the rice until all become evenly mixed up.
  8. Taste your dish, make sure it is enough salt.
  9. Off the stove and ready to serve with bulls eye egg on top.

Ingredients:
  • 100g - Moringa Leaves

  • 2 dry chillies

  • 1 chopped onions

  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp - fennel powder

  • 3 tbsp - crushed garlic

  • 2 tbsp - sunflower oil

  • 2-3 cup of water



How to make Moringa Leaves Soup:


  1. First, separate all the leaves from the branches. Take only green leaves.


  2. Then, take a deep pan and pour 2 tbsp of sunflower oil.

  3. Add the dry chillies, onions and garlic. Stir for a minute.

  4. Next add the herbs powder , salt and water. Don't put too much of salt. If not the soup will bitter.

  5. Bring it to boil and add the moringa leaves. The leaves will cook in 5 minutes.


The taste of moringa leaves is normal. It won't smell or taste any bad. It is full of vitamins and minerals. Try it now...have a healthy lifestyle.

How to make Garlic in Mixed Vegetable:

  1. First you have to cut all the veggie according to what size you want.
  2. Then, take a deep frying pan and put oil. Add the crushed garlic and stir continuously, so that the garlic won't stick at the bottom of the pan.
  3. When the colour change to light brown, add shallots and curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
  4. Wash and drain all the vegetables. Add it into the pan.
  5. You also have to add all the herbs powder and red chilli.
  6. Then add salt as taste and the oyster sauce.
  7. Add water and stir to mix them.
  8. Cover with lid. Make them cook in medium flame.
  9. When it is half done you can off the stove and ready to serve.

The dish is very tasty and full of fiber you need. You also can serve with rice, apom, chapati, bread and more. You can have it as a side dish. Even your children will love it.

Home Made Tuna Sandwich

Home Made Tuna Sandwich


Ingredients:
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp of chilli sauce
  • 1 green capsicum / bird's eye chilli - chopped
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 1 tin of tuna flakes in water
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • vegetable oil spread

How to make Home Made Tuna Sandwich:

  1. In a frying pan, put all the ingredients except breads and onions.
  2. Mix all in medium flame.
  3. After 5 minutes add the onions and stir for a minute.

4. Off stove. The filling for sandwich is ready.

5. Toast all the bread slice one side with vegetable oil spread.

6. Then, put the filling on top bread and cover it with another slice.

7. That's all, it's ready for serve.

Although a sandwich is easy to make, in my recipe I all ready shown you a healthy sandwich making. Anyway, you also can change the white bread slice with wheat bread slice.

Fried Maggi Mee


Fried Maggi Mee.

Ingredients:


  • 2 packets of maggi mee

  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 medium tomato chopped

  • salt

  • seasoning if necessary

  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables

  • 1-2 eggs - scrambled

  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper

  • minced- chicken flash

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp oil


How to make Fried Maggi Mee:



  1. First, cook the maggi in water and drain it. Keep aside.

  2. In the other frying pan, put oil make it heat for a few seconds and add onion and tomato.

  3. Next add the chicken and the ginger garlic paste. Fry it till cook.

  4. Now you can add all sauce, salt, pepper and vegetables.

  5. Mix all evenly. In a minute or two, add the maggi mee and mix or fry well so that all the ingredients blend .

  6. At last you can all the scrambled eggs mix once and off the stove.

  7. Done. You can severed for dinner or any time.

The maggi mee is made from wheat flour. It is easy digest too.


Spice Fried Cottage cheese

Ingredients:
  • 7-8 tbsp Cottage cheese - cubed
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4-5 coriander leaves - finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 drops of soy sauce
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped

How to make Spice fried cottage cheese:


  1. Put all the ingredients above in a bowl and mix well. Don't add water.


2. After 15 minutes all the ingredients will stick to cottage cheese.

3. Now you can fry them till golden and eat with chilli or tomato sauce.

  1. First, cut the Tempe into small cubes.
  2. Then, fry till golden in colour and keep a side.
  3. In the other pan, put 2 tbsp of oil and stew the onion for a while.
  4. Add, coriander leaves, chilli powder, and the fried Tempe. Mix well so that the colour it is even.
  5. Than, add soy sauce and some salt.
  6. Yup, it is ready now to taste.

It is very simple, taste and healthy too.

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan. Put mustard and udal gram seeds into it. Make them crackle.
  2. Then, add curry leaves and onions till light brown.
  3. Later, add the cooked dal , turmeric , coriander and chilli powder, salt, asafoetida, cauliflower and the water.
  4. Steer once or twice. Make them even and cover for 10 - 15 minutes till the cauliflower cook.
  5. The dish will look thick a bit.
  6. Done. ready to served with apom, chapathi, itly or even plain rice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of tofu
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 4-5 drops of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp of anchovies
  • some coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup water

How to make Fried Tofu with Anchovies Sambal:

  1. Fry the tofu add salt, till golden. And keep aside.



2. In the other deep pan, put 2 tbsp oil and add anchovies and fry
for a minutes.
3. Then, add chilli powder, soy sauce, tomato puree, coriander
leaves, water and a bit of salt.
4. Later add the tofu and mix well till the tofu became red.
5. It's ready to serve. you can eat with rice, chapathi or even
with tosted bread.

Ingredients:
  • 10 pieces of small cut chicken
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp fennel powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • salt
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of water

How to make Hot Chicken Sambal:

  1. Take a deep pan and put oil to heat.
  2. Then, add onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Now you can add all the chicken in that much of oil.
  4. Fry the chicken till change it's colour.
  5. Put all the powder, lime juice and salt as taste. Mix well.
  6. You can add water at last to make it well done.
  7. After the sambal is dry you can stop the fire and transfer to serve.

You can make a healthy chicken dish in a few minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of mutton
  • 3 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin and fennel powder
  • 1 tsp courser black pepper
  • 1 lime juice
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch of curry leaves
  • 3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 3 clove
  • 3 anise star
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • paste form 10 cashew nuts
  • 2-3 cups of water

How to make Spice Mutton Curry ?:

  1. In a big cooking pan, heat oil and put cinnamon, anise star and clove.
  2. Immediate after that add onions and curry leaves till light brown.
  3. Then, add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well.
  4. After 3 minutes, add all the powder, lime juice and the mutton as well.
  5. Add water and stir all well.
  6. After the mutton 3/4 done or all most done add the cashew nut paste.
  7. Add water if the gravy is becoming thick. It mustn't be very thick.
  8. Keep on stir every 5 minutes in low fame until the mutton well done.

How is it? That's all. Now you can also 'cook like a chef'....aren't u? You can try eating them with rice, pasta, bread, chapati, apom and more.

Masala Rice

Ingredients:


  • 2 cup rice

  • 3 cup water

  • 2 medium onion - chopped

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp of used oil from chicken fried

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • salt

  • 1 tsp ghee


How to make Masala rice:



  1. First, wash and soak the rice in the rice cooker. Add salt.

  2. In other frying pan, put the oil and fry onions. Add garam masala, chili powder and cinnamon powder. Fry till dry.

  3. Switch on the rice cooker, bring ti to boil and add the fried masalas, the used oil and ghee. Stir all together once and cover with lid.

  4. Wait till cooked it self and ready to serve. You can eat with chili chicken. It taste great and easy to make.

Apom (coconut bread)




Apom (Coconut bread)

Ingredients:


  • 2 cup uncooked rice-soak 3 hours

  • 1 cup of cooker rice - soak 3 hours

  • thick coconut milk for blend- 2 cups

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • salt

How to make apom:



  1. First, you have to blend the rice and uncooked rice with the coconut milk till smooth.The batter should be as melted ice cream (the thickness). Add water if necessary.

  2. Then, pour the batter into a plastic Tupperware and make sure it is just half of the Tupperware.

  3. Leave it for about 9 - 10 hours so that the batter will rise up to 3/4 of the Tupperware. Please check at the 8 hours of rest. Do not over rest it. If so the batter will turn it's taste.

  4. When it's ready to cook, put some salt and 1/2 tsp of baking soda and stir well and after 10 minutes it is ready to make.

  5. Take a frying pan and put 1 big scoop of the batter and move around the edge and cover it till cooked.

  6. The cooked apom is brownish at the all edge. It is delicious to eat with any curry or even with the thin coconut milk added sugar.

Tofu Balls

Ingredients A:
  • Tofu 4
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves- finely chopped
  • 1 chili-finely chopped
  • salt
  • 1/2 tbsp - white peeper & red chili powder
  • 4 tbsp chicken chopped
  • 2 eggs- beaten

Ingredients B:

  • 4 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • chili powder-1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • salt

Ingredient C:

  • Oil for frying

Ingredients D:

  • chili sauce
  • mayonnaise

How to make tofu balls:

  1. Mix ingredients A all together with your fingers.Break the tofu as well.
  2. Make balls from that and roll on the mixing of ingredients B.
  3. Then just fry the balls into the hot oil till brownish.
  4. Mix the ingredients D and ready to serve with tofu balls.



Bombay toast

Ingredients:
  • bread slices
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp condense milk

How to make Bombay toast:

  1. Mix egg, sugar, salt, milk in mixing bowl.
  2. Then, cut the bread slice into small pieces or cut 1/2.
  3. Next, dip the bread into the mixing and fry the bread till golden in colour.
  4. Last, spred some sugar on top of the bread while hot and ready to serve.

Fish Curry



INDIAN FISH CURRY

Ingredients:



  • 250g fish washed-sliced

  • 1 /2 cup coriander leaves chopped

  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tbsp red chili powder

  • 2 green chillies chopped

  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • A pinch turmeric powder

  • Salt To Taste

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 2 Patel of curry leaves



How to make Indian fish curry:



  1. Heat the pan, and add oil. Then add cumin,fennel and fenugreek seeds.

  2. Stir for a minutes, and add onions, curry leaves and tomatoes.

  3. Fry for a moment.

  4. then add chili, coriander leaves, chili, coriander and turmeric powder. As well as 2 cups of water.

  5. Next, bring the gravy to boil and add fish and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Serve fish curry hot.

Bread bujji

Bread Bujji

Ingredients:

  • Few slice of bread-cut age
  • 2 tbsp- Red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp- rice flour
  • 4 tbsp- dal flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
  • 2 cup of water
  • oil for deep frying.

How to make bread bujji:

  1. First, you have to cut a slice of bread to 4 small pieces.
  2. Then,in the other bowl, mix the rice and dal flour, chili powder, salt and the cumin seeds with 1 1/2 cup of water first.
  3. The mixing should be thin and light .
  4. Next, dip the bread pieces into the mixing and deep fry it till golden.
  5. Ready to eat with chili or tomato sauce.

Indian chapati (wheat bread)


INDIAN CHAPATI

Ingredients:


How to make chapati:


  1. Knead soft dough with above ingredients.


  2. Make sure the dough is not sticky. If sticky add some flour on top of the dough.


  3. Leave it for at least 30-50 minutes.

  4. Break off to a table tennis - ball sized (even smaller) bit of dough.


  5. Roll with help of dry flour to a thin round. Roll as thin as possible.


  6. Heat pan and place uncooked chapati on it.


  7. When on one side is cooked-light brownish with 2-3 dark brown spots, turn it.


  8. Use a kitchen towel and lightly press the chapati, rotating at same time, it will puff. Make as crisp as desired.


  9. Take out and it's ready to served. Serve when it is still hot.


  10. Can eat the chapati with vegetable curry or with dry chicken and beef rendang (thick curry) .

Fresh watermelon juice





FRESH WATERMELON JUICE.

Ingredients;
  • watermelon 1/4

  • rose flavor 2 drops

  • sugar 4-5 tbsp

  • red colour 2 drops


How to make watermelon juice:

  1. Place the watermelon, sugar, red colour,and rose flavor into blender.


  2. Then blend it till all dissolve and look like juice. DO NOT add water.


  3. Last, pun some ice cubes and pour the juice in the long glass and served.

Chicken korma

CHICKEN KORMA

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken cut to small cubes
  • 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 tsp of ghee
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 2 tsp ground coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp fennel powder
  • 2 cardamom pod
  • 1 cinamon stick
  • 3 colve
  • 1 1/2 tsp white peper powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 2-3 red chilli
  • 7 mint leaves
  • salt to taste.



How to make chicken korma:

  1. Heat oil in large heavy casserole; saute cardoman,cinamon stick,colve and bay leaves in medium flame.
  2. Then, add onion and ginger garlic paste for 1 minute.
  3. Next pour the chicken into it as well as the tomatoes.
  4. Add to casserole the coriander, chili, cumin, fennel, turmeric and peper powder. Fry for a few seconds and add 2-3 cups of water.
  5. Wait till to boil and wait 5 minute. Then, add yogurt, milk,coconut milk and salt to taste. Bring it to boil and add lime juice.
  6. Stir and cook in the low flame till tender.
  7. At last, add cuted red chilli, mint leaves and the ghee.
  8. Remove and set aside.
  9. Sprinkle the chicken korma with fresh coriander and serve.
